Your Presence
is all I desperately long for.
Unquenchable fire
that warms my cold soul.
Nothing can change me,
only Your Holy Presence.
No words, no great sermons
can revive our sleeping hearts.
If we cannot lose ourselves in Your Divine Splendor
we will lose everything else!
Without the Presence of the Maker
creation dies.
